Advising a range of clients on COVID-19 related privacy considerations, including a global waste-management solutions company who was developing an app to manage COVID-19 employee risks. This matter required us to advise on various aspects of app implementation, and to prepare appropriate policies and documentation to meet Australian laws whilst maintaining one set of documentation globally.
