Our work ranges from stream leasing work for landlords and tenants with large property footprints (this work is done through our TG Legal + Technology division), through to bespoke agreements for lease and development agreements for large-scale purpose built facilities. We have extensive experience in the leasing up of large master planned mixed-use developments.

Property development, joint ventures, financing and management

Conveyancing

Due diligence

We have deep expertise in property due diligence work. We do this as part of our transactional work, and also when working with our corporate teams on M&A transactions. We investigate title, assess risk, and review and report on key title documents (including land titles, lease documents, easements, covenants, and strata title documents).

Land subdivisions and community titling

We work with our developer clients to devise the most appropriate titling structure for each development. We advise on all types of development ranging from simple commercial or residential developments, through to large-scale integrated mixed-use developments involving multiple strata schemes and building management arrangements.
