Mark has more than 30 years' experience in the TMT sector.

Mark has extensive experience advising on complex IT projects, systems integration agreements, outsourcing transactions, SaaS, cloud computing contracts, smart grids, IoT projects, telecommunications regulation and competition issues, network rollout agreements, wireless networks and services, broadband services and content licensing.

In the cybersecurity field Mark advises clients on cybersecurity incident response planning and how to respond to cybersecurity incidents.

Mark is also active in the defence sector and has advised on various major Australian defence procurements.

Teradata

Advising Teradata on large complex IT licensing and support transactions with a number of Australian financial entities.

Advising NEC on an agreeent to supply and install a large IT system for the NSW Department of Corrective Services.
