Template documents

Our template documents are crafted specifically for aged care providers.  The Thomson Geer Health and Aged Care team have drafted each document taking into account the latest regulatory updates and industry best practice.

The documents are offered either as standalone templates or on an annual subscription basis.  If a document is offered under a subscription we provide all necessary compliance updates to the documents over the course of the subscription period.

The suite of documents covers a wide range of areas critical to aged care compliance.  They include options for residential care and home care and where relevant are offered for most states.

Resident and Respite agreements – Simply Legal

We also offer our resident agreements and respite agreements on an online platform called Simply Legal.  Agreements are offered on an annual subscription basis.

We have been operating Simply Legal for 10 years and we have over 50 provider subscribers.  The Simply Legal Platform offers sophisticated functionality in a very user friendly online platform.  

One of the key benefits of the system is that our agreements are regularly reviewed and amended to ensure the agreements you generate are always up to date with legal, regulatory and industry changes as they happen. A subscription to Simply Legal removes the risks associated with the provider monitoring different Commonwealth and State/Territory legislation and industry changes to ensure agreements are compliant. It also removes the risks associated with version control when you are maintaining agreements yourself.  

The system records provider and facility details and automatically populates fee information and calculations.

A subscription to the resident agreement includes a subscription to the respite agreement.
