Lucinda's experience focuses on mergers and acquisitions and projects (including the development of new hospitals, care facilities, and villages).  This transactional experience is supported by a deep understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment in which her clients operate, including helping them to navigate and advocate for change.

Housing Plus

Assisted Housing Plus, a not for profit Tier 1 Community Housing Provider, on its successful bid to be part of Phase 2 of the NSW Government's Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF2).

Chris O'Brien

Advised Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Project on the A$260 million Lifehouse facility for the provision of integrated cancer services in a purpose-built facility on the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital campus in Sydney. This partnership was the first of its kind in Australia, and has become a leader in cancer treatment and research in Australia.

Greengate

Advising Greengate on its acquisition by Australian Unity. Australian Unity acquired Greengate's three facilities in Sydney and Brisbane, along with a development site in Brisbane.
