Leong is a commercial and retail property development, transaction and leasing specialist, with urban renewal projects expertise and experience working with statutory authorities.

He has been a property lawyer for more than 32 years, working in private practice in three jurisdictions as well as an in-house role with Wesfarmers Group.

Leong also has amalgamation and subdivision expertise and supplements this with general commercial and disputes resolution experience. He also has had significant involvement in a wide range of telecommunications projects.
