Jessica practices in a wide range of property law, with a particular focus on leasing and large scale development projects and is well-equipped to handle a variety of transactional work.

Jessica acts for a range of clients including landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers and developers in relation to a comprehensive range of matters including retail and commercial leasing, renewable infrastructure projects, large scale due diligence and large scale development projects.

Jessica also has experience in the commercial real estate industry and has developed an understanding of the practical realities commonly leading to disputes in property transactions and the need for risk management at an early stage, including implementing effective and strategic drafting in agreements.

Advising Adelaide Airport on leasing and property related matters including leasing negotiations resulting from its Terminal 1 Redevelopment.

Calvary Health Care

Assisting in retail, commercial and medical leasing and property related matters for Calvary Health Care in relation to its health, aged care and community services businesses nationally, including the development and leasing of Calvary Adelaide Hospital.

State Government agencies

Advising State Government agencies on various disposals of land, purchase of land, development projects and leasing transactions.

Bango Wind Farm

Project lead lawyer for the Bango Wind Farm Project for CWP Renewables comprising 46 turbines, 244 MW near Yass, New South Wales.

Leasing matters

Providing advice to a national aged care provider in respect of leasing matters across its portfolio.

Banking national tenant

Advising on the restructure of leasing arrangements for a national tenant in the banking sector and preparing all required property documentation across a portfolio in excess of 100 properties.
