Thomson Geer and lawyers promoted in Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific 2025 guide

Thomson Geer has been recognised by international legal directory Chambers and Partners with practice areas and Partners being promoted and newly added to its Asia-Pacific 2025 guide.

Three Partners have been promoted and two others added for the first time while the Construction and Corporate/M&A practice areas have also been promoted.

Media Partner John-Paul Cashen has climbed to the highest Band 1 while fellow Media Partner Marlia Saunders rose to Band 2. Thomson Geer is the only law firm with three Partners ranked in the top two bands for Media in Australia.

Intellectual Property Partner Kerry Awerbuch was promoted while Corporate/M&A Partner David Schiavello and Construction Partner Franco Aversa were included in the guide for the first time.

Thomson Geer now has three Partners ranked in Chambers' highest Band 1 position – John-Paul Cashen, Media Partner Justin Quill and Bronwyn Lincoln for Dispute Resolution: Arbitration.
