Thomson Geer advises Way2Vat on IPO and ASX debut

Thomson Geer has advised Way2Vat Ltd (Way2Vat) on its successful initial public offering and listing on the ASX.
Established in 2014, Way2Vat is an Israeli-based technology company that provides a fully-automated VAT and GST reclaim and compliance solution via its patented platform.
Way2Vat commenced trading on the ASX under the ticker code ‘W2V’ on 17 September 2021 after successfully raising $7 million in its IPO. Way2Vat’s market capitalisation at IPO is approximately $30 million.
