Thomson Geer has advised Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (ASX:DMP) on a A$165 million capital raising to acquire the minority interest in its German joint venture and reduce debt.The capital raising comprises a fully underwritten institutional placement of A$150 million and retail share purchase plan of A$15 million.It’s only the second capital raising the global pizza franchise has conducted since listing on the ASX.The Thomson Geer team was led by Partner Eugene Fung, who said: “The capital raising was announced the day after we worked with Domino’s to close its A$214 million acquisition of the Malaysia and Singapore markets, in its largest ever store expansion.”The capital raising lead manager and underwriter is Morgan Stanley and Aperture Capital Partners is the corporate advisor.The Thomson Geer team includes Senior Associates Siew Mei Fagan and Thomas Gardner.
