Flick continues to grow pest control coverage with acquisitions in Australia

Thomson Geer has assisted pest control company Flick Anticimex to continue to expand in Australia with nine acquisitions across the eastern seaboard since March this year.
The acquisitions are the latest Thomson Geer has helped Flick Anticimex complete as it grows its footprint around Australia.
The most recent acquisitions see Flick Anticimex expand with acquisitions of pest control businesses in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, regional Victoria and the Sunshine Coast.
Thomson Geer conducted legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and settlement of all transaction documents.
The Thomson Geer team is led by Partner Jason Marcus, who said: We’re pleased to be helping Flick Anticimex continue with their growth strategy.”
