Having acted for and against banks and insolvency practitioners in the Federal jurisdiction and State jurisdictions, she has a wide variety of experience in advising on and acting in respect of insolvency related disputes.
Viki also maintains a generalist litigation and disputes practice including alternative dispute resolution.
