Tiago has over thirteen years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, transport and energy sectors, advising principals, contractors, subcontractors and consultants on risk strategy, claim management and contract negotiation.

He is an experienced commercial litigator, who regularly represents national and multi-national contractors in all forms of dispute resolution processes, including Court proceedings, domestic and international arbitrations, expert determinations and adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (QLD) and corresponding legislation in other jurisdictions. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Litigation, with academic distinction.
