Shaun Restorick-Barton is a Special Counsel in our Corporate team, based in Brisbane.

Shaun is experienced in advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, capital raisings, and joint ventures. He also has a strong interest in providing clients with corporate governance and strategic commercial guidance.

With 10 years' of corporate and commercial practice experience working with technology clients in the high-growth and scaling phases of their lifecycle, Shaun's practice now consists of medium and large Australian and international companies across a range of industries, including financial technology, renewable energy and resources, health care and private equity.

Shaun has a pragmatic, strategic and commercially driven approach to advising clients and managing their matters.
