"We were pleased to use the Thomson Geer team on our recent acquisition of the St Barbara Leonora Assets. A complicated transaction that started as a Scheme and then changed to an Asset Sale (including interloper considerations) during the process TG demonstrated the ability to provide strong, accurate and pragmatic advice in a timely and nimble manner. The acquisition of the Leonora assets was a key element in the Genesis regional consolidation strategy and TG proved to be the right partner for this unique transaction."
