Kazia has practiced in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution since 2004, with a focus on construction, engineering, mining and infrastructure disputes over the last 15 years.

Acting for listed and private corporate entities in the above sectors, her experience includes managing disputes from the initial claim/response advice to subsequent negotiation and mediation steps, expert determinations, acting for clients in a range of courts and tribunals in Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales, in security of payment adjudications and in domestic and international arbitrations.

Kazia has lived and worked in Perth, Sydney and Dubai.
