Jemma advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with her principal areas of practice being mergers and acquisitions, general commercial contracts and company law and governance.

She is experienced in both public and private mergers and acquisitions and has assisted in advising clients on a range of matters including sale and purchase of businesses, capital raising, takeovers, fund reviews, due diligence investigations and compliance.

Jemma has also authored a number of articles for the Australian Law Property Bulletin, a monthly newsletter to lawyers and practitioners informing them of changes to legislation and case law.
