Experience

Gamuda

Advising Gamuda on its successful bid with consortium partner Laing O'Rourke for a A$2.16 billion contract to deliver major tunnel and civils package for the Sydney Metro West Project. Advising and supporting Gamuda Australia on all of the contract documentation issued by Sydney Metro for the Project.

St George Community Housing

Advising St George Community Housing (SGCH) on its proposed bid, in consortium with Lendlease Development, on the circa $ 3 billion Waterloo Renewal Project. Advising SGCH on property, construction and regulatory aspects of its bid in relation to the Project.

Acciona Constructions

Advising Acciona Constructions Australia on various road projects including its recent bid for the Singleton Bypass Project. The Singleton Bypass Project is a large road diversion project in NSW.

Richard Crookes Constructions

Advising Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) in relation to its involvement in the Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) package PPP in relation to Western Sydney Airport. RCC is a major subcontractor to WeBuild and will be involved in constructing the stations packages.
