Eden has practised in disputes for more than 15 years, acting for Australian and international banks and other lenders, private equity funds, leading insolvency practitioners, public and private companies, directors and officers and government departments and authorities.

Eden draws on his broad background which includes administrative and revenue law, white collar crime and civil penalty proceedings, property and construction disputes, insurance and international arbitration to provide a full advisory and dispute resolution service to his clients.

Eden regularly appears as solicitor-advocate in the Federal Court, State Supreme Courts and other courts and tribunals, and as counsel in arbitration proceedings.
