Sandra has extensive corporate and commercial experience with specialised skills and experience in the health and aged care sector. Sandra's clients include public and private hospitals, aged care operators, government agencies, private enterprises and multinational companies, not-for-profit organisations, research institutes, health funds and professional associations.

Sandra has held positions with both federal and state governments and was previously a senior commercial lawyer with the NSW Ministry of Health where she gained an in-depth understanding of the health industry.

Sandra has worked on major health infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions and has been involved in numerous matters involving preparation, negotiation and settlement of commercial contracts, acting for both suppliers and purchasers of services in the private and public sector.
