Elize Conway is a banking and finance lawyer with extensive experience in Australian and cross-border financing transactions.

She acts for both lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions, including natural resources and energy project finance, property finance, acquisition finance and general corporate finance.

Before joining Thomson Geer, Elize worked as a banking and finance lawyer at top tier and international law firms and was part of the legal team at National Australia Bank whilst complementing her Dutch Master of Laws with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at UWA.
