Daniel is a Special Counsel in the Property team, with over 20 years' experience advising in respect of all aspects of the Queensland real estate industry.

Daniel advises on a wide range of property development projects and commercial property transactions, including site and asset acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant leasing in respect to all industry segments, project structuring and titling, preparation of pre-sale contracts and disclosure documents, and management of contract risk and enforcement.

Daniel has extensive experience in documenting, advising on, and managing large scale green field, strata titled, and mixed use development projects. In these areas he regularly deals with a team of consultants, Councils and government bodies and has an intimate knowledge of the property development industry, statutory disclosure requirements and approval processes.
