Chloe is a commercial litigator who acts for clients in large and complex commercial disputes across a range of industries, including financial services, superannuation and construction and infrastructure.

Chloe works on a wide range of general corporate and commercial litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions, including litigation in the Supreme and District Courts of South Australia, the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia.  

She also has experience in local and international commercial arbitration and in respect of investigations conducted by regulators such as ASIC and APRA.

Statewide Superannuation

Acting for Statewide Superannuation Pty Ltd in relation to an ASIC investigation and subsequent prosecution relating to alleged misleading or deceptive conduct arising from the content of communications provided by the trustee to its members.

Tax dispute

Acting for a high net worth individual in relation to a complex taxation dispute involving civil and criminal components.

Complex litigation

Acting for two large South Australian companies in South Australian Supreme Court proceedings in significant and complex litigation, involving disputes regarding contractual interpretations, tortious claims and claims pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law.

Contractor disputes

Acting for a Government Department in relation to disputes with contractors relating to extension of time and disruption claims including an expert determination.

Acting for an Australian insurance company in the Royal Commission into the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
