Thomson Geer appoints new banking and finance Partner

Thomson Geer has strengthened its national banking and finance team with the appointment of Nicholas Creed as a Partner in its Perth office.

Nicholas joined the Perth office of Allens in 2016 as a Partner and before that spent 14 years at King & Wood Mallesons.

Nicholas has over 30 years’ experience working for top tier firms in Sydney, Melbourne, London, Hong Kong and Perth and has worked on numerous multi-billion dollar funding deals across various sectors.

His practice covers all aspects of banking and financial services, across industries and borders, acting for lenders and borrowers.

He has deep expertise in the resources and real estate sectors and is often ranked highly in legal industry directories.

Nicholas’ appointment is the latest addition to Thomson Geer’s Banking and Finance partnership ranks, with Andrew Kedzior joining in Adelaide and Jae Lemin in Melbourne last year.
